By creating an account or using any part of the Animalia+ Innovet platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account for yourself, your pet, or your clinic.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.
• The platform may only be used for lawful purposes related to veterinary care, appointment booking, and related services.

• Consultation, service, and platform fees are shown before you confirm a booking.
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partner.
• Cancellations made with sufficient notice are eligible for a full refund; late cancellations may incur a partial fee, as described in our Help Center.

Animalia+ Innovet facilitates communication between pet owners and licensed veterinarians, and provides an AI-assisted self check-up tool. AI check-ups are a supplementary triage aid only — they do not constitute a diagnosis and are not a substitute for examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified, licensed veterinarian. Always seek in-person veterinary care for serious, worsening, or emergency symptoms.

Veterinarians and clinics using the platform are expected to hold valid licenses and to provide care consistent with professional veterinary standards. We may suspend accounts that violate these expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovet and Animalia+ Innovet are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including outcomes of veterinary advice given by third-party practitioners. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or pose a risk to other users or animals.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
